With a love of styling and transformation from a young age, I knew that this would lead me into a career where I could continue to express my creativity. The stars certainly aligned. It was after studying Interior and Building Design and having my two girls that the idea for my own design business was formed. In 2015, this vision became a reality with the creation of Dezign Muse – a studio focused on transforming homes and commercial spaces with purposeful design and considered interior styling. With experience in both building design and interior design, I have a unique, holistic understanding of both function and form, taking into consideration the structural elements, flow and functionality of a space. The design concept is then brought to life with cohesive interior selections that enhances both your space and your way of living. My style is very authentic and inclusive - I believe that every person should be able to create a home and life that flows with more ease, simplicity and enjoyment through curated interior design.

For me, the magic happens when I connect your story with intentional design. That’s why I take the time to understand your lifestyle and how you want to feel in a home, intertwining this with your vision and my expertise. As a self-described people person and natural communicator (owning a hair salon for several years definitely finessed my skills!), I enjoy getting to know each client, guiding them through the design journey from concept to completion. My aim is to remove the stress and overwhelm, instead making it an inspired experience for every client.

Specialising in residential interiors with both in person and online services available, the studio has a particular interest in creating forever homes that are bespoke and timeless. Whether it be a new build or renovation, at the heart of each project is you. I believe your home should tell your story and be a true reflection of who you are. Another facet of Dezign Muse is commercial design, delivering bespoke commercial interiors across a diverse range of industries.

When I’m not working in my beautiful studio, you’ll find me with an almond milk coffee in hand, going for a walk in nature or spending quality time with my family. I’m always in the pursuit of growing and learning, so listening to podcasts and reading books is a part of my daily routine.
